Used whole or sliced, Gina Lina's Meatballs can bring variety to soups and stews, omelettes, potatoes, green vegetables, salads, pizza and chili. - HEATING INSTRUCTIONS - STOVETOP: Add frozen meatballs to unheated gravy or spaghetti sauce. Heat gravy or sauce as directed. Stir meatballs until hot. OVEN: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place frozen meatballs in a single layer on a baking pan. Heat for 5 minutes or until hot. MICROWAVE: PRIOR TO HEATING, ARRANGE MEATBALLS IN A CIRCLE ON A MICROWAVE-SAFE DISH AND COVER. ALWAYS HEAT ON HIGH (100%). Heat for 1/2 minute per serving. Rotate dish 1/4 turn and heat for an additional 1/2 minute per serving or until hot. To heat meatballs in gravy or sauce: Heat for 1 minute per serving. Elaine Sweet, Dallas, Texas Garnish with 3 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped and 1 cup grated Monterey Jack Cheese. Heat 2 tbsp of the olive oil in Dutch oven or large stock pot. Mix flour and chili powder together in flat blow. Roll Mama Lucia Sausage Meatballs made with beef in flour mixture to coat and place in pot in single layer to brown. Cook until brown on all sides about 3 minutes. Remove browned meatballs from pot and place in bowl. Heat remaining tbsp of oil and better in pot and when melted add onion, garlic and chipotle peppers to pot and cook and stir for four minutes. Scrape bottom and sides to loosen bits. Reduce heat to low and add tomatoes, salt and pepper, return browned meatballs to pot and cook over low, stirring occasionally for 40 minutes. friendly) In a large saucepan, combine potatoes, onions, beef broth, tomato sauce, water, Italian seasoning, pepper and vegetables. Bring to a boil on stovetop.
